We can help you to row, improve your rowing technique and enhance your performance.
Our sessions are bespoke to each individual to reach your goal but also giving you what you need.

We take into consideration the biomechanics, experience level and goals of the individual athletes when designing a training programme.
Before development of a programme specific to you we arrange for you to have a movement screen. This helps us identify movement dysfunction to help decrease the risk of injuries and ensure we get you moving and performing better.
