A Bit About Me
I started rowing when I was 14 years old, and it was the first sport that I felt welcome. I was always overweight and self-conscious about it growing up. The rowing community was so welcoming and the sport itself was just amazing. I spent many years as a competitive rower before stopping due to aweightlifting injury.
After seeing the massive effect rowing had on not only my body but also my mindset and confidence, I decided more people needed to get involved in this awesome sport. I became a rowing coach and currently I am the head coach of Fairlop rowing club. I combine my knowledge of rowing, personal training a nutrition to provide a complete fitness package.
